“To concept and produce the four kits, playfully named “Instant Glow-Up,” “Makeup Artist,” “Balm-y Day,” and “Send Nudes,” the company, part of the $6 billion cosmetics giant L’Oreal, worked with an unlikely partner: BuzzFeed.”

Fast Company, June 21 2018

Maybelline Fundles were developed exclusively for the 2018 Amazon Prime Day event. Working in collaboration with the BuzzFeed Commerce creative team, I led the development of four product kits, sourced 10 suppliers, and oversaw the production of 130,000 units per kit. Thanks to a streamlined development process, the program was delivered from concept to market in less than 60 days, resulting in a successful and well-received product launch.

About

Hi, I’m Catherine—an experienced product development leader with a background in industrial design and a passion for turning bold ideas into beautiful, functional products.

Over the past 8+ years, I’ve developed consumer goods across apparel, toys, home, and accessories for brands ranging from early-stage startups to established names like Warby Parker and BuzzFeed. I specialize in bringing products to life from concept to launch, always balancing creativity with operational rigor.

I thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering with designers, merchants, and vendors to build thoughtful, brand-aligned products that tell a story. My approach blends an analytical mindset with strong creative instincts—and a deep respect for the ecosystem of people who bring products to life.
